These terms cover your use of Decktell, a service of Gridline Labs, LLC. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
Decktell lets you assign security awareness training to your team and produces completion records, certificates, and reports. You are responsible for having the right to add your team members' names and email addresses, and for the accuracy of the roster you upload.
The free plan is free forever within its limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from your billing page; cancellation stops future charges and drops the workspace back to the free plan at the end of the paid period. If a charge fails, we keep your plan active for a grace period before downgrading. We do not delete your data on downgrade.
Do not use Decktell to send unsolicited email, to phish (the irony would be too much), or to store content you have no right to. Custom deck generation is metered per plan. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service or harm its deliverability for everyone else.
Your training records belong to you. Export them anytime (paid plans include CSV export). If you delete your workspace, we delete its data. See the privacy policy for details.
Decktell helps you run and document security awareness training; it does not by itself guarantee compliance with any law, framework, or insurance policy, and it is not legal advice. Requirements vary; confirm them with your insurer, auditor, or counsel. The service is provided as-is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
